Joe Tsai is a passionate designer and illustrator based in Los Angeles County, California. He loves drawing and creating characters/figures since he was a kid. While he grew up, his interest in art and design has set his goal to become a good designer. In June 2018, Joe graduated with the B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Cal Poly Pomona. He will continue to pursue in the industry of art and get ready for more challenges in the future.
